Entry for a design competition to cover up 8 windows at a public pool. The design was supposed to reflect the UNESCO certification for the water management history of the city of Augsburg. The 4 figures represent the four rivers of Augsburg (Brunnenbach, Lech, Singold, Wertach) as they can be found on the resnaissance fountain in the townhall square. Each figure carries the items that represent the respective river.
The design also includes some of the main UNESCO water management sites (olympic kayaking track, hydroelectric powerplant water towers, Hochablass).
The design placed among the top ten entries of the competition but was ultimately not chosen.
I still really like the design and had a lot of fun doing something a little different from my usual style and pushing myself out of my comfort zone.
